All characters on account reset

I was logged in earlier and was able to play fine. I just logged in again a few minutes ago, and all of my characters have been reset to level 1 with starting gear. I logged a couple of them into game to make sure it wasn't just **isual bug in character select, but it does not appear to be. At least a few of my guild**es have reported the same issue.

Same issue here. Entire account shows lvl 1 characters now with nothing. This is a huge thing that needs addressed IMO.

I have 2 of my characters that were reset to lvl 1 that is pretty frustrating that means I have lost all my gear that he had and all the money to train him. What can be done about that can they put our toons back to the level they were at?

Some of my guil**s had the same issue. I only had one character get reset to level 1, but i just hit level 73 last night, super frustrating. I cant imagine how everyone else feels...
