Monster Res** Timers & Aggro

It looks like there is an issue with the reset times / aggro of camps at the moment. Reset times seem to be quite random and vary between a reasonably normal reset time and extremly delayed reset time. Also usually when you enter a camp the monsters in and around that camp would aggro to you again this appears to be quite random where sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.
